Staff was friendly and helpful during my stay.

I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. The floors were never vacuumed throughout my entire week, leaving me in an unsanitary space. Additionally, I wasn't informed that housekeeping only comes every three days, leading to returning to a dirty room. When I asked for clean towels, I had to go downstairs to retrieve them myself, only to find them sitting on an unsanitary counter.

Unexpected bugs and a warm bed

The beds were surprisingly comfortable, which saved the night after a rocky start. Friendly staff tried their best to make up for delays at check-in.

However, we faced long delays checking in and encountered a room with broken shades and a troubling amount of dead bugs on the window ledge. The shower also didn’t drain properly, leaving us standing in dirty water.

The Holiday Inn Express provided a great experience with a clean and modern room that offered a comfortable King bed and a well-equipped workspace. The fitness center was open 24 hours, which was perfect for my tight schedule, and the breakfast options included a variety of hot and cold items. The staff was attentive and helpful, making check-in and check-out seamless.

i had a great stay at holiday inn express! the location is super close to downtown by car, and they offer free breakfast and parking. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the fitness room is available 24 hours which was a nice perk. the room was clean and comfy with two queen beds.

All fine, but cleanliness issues

Difficult to find the right driveway due to poor signage led to frustration. The room was spacious and clean, featuring a fridge and microwave, but the remodeling felt hasty with mismatched trim.

The King Suite with Sofa Bed was pretty decent. The bed and pillows were comfy, and I liked having a couch and chair in there. It had a microwave and fridge too, which is always a plus. The blackout shade worked well, and I didn't hear any noise from the airport, which was nice. Overall, a solid stay!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located near attractions like the Lincoln Children's Zoo, which our kids enjoyed very much. The king suite was spacious, and we appreciated having a couch for relaxation. Breakfast was a hit with the family!

The lobby looked a bit tired, but the room was comfortable with a nice sofa. The breakfast area felt cramped during peak hours. Close to a golf course, so great for golfers!

The comfortable bed was the highlight of my stay! The breakfast had a great selection, but I was disappointed that the ice machine was broken on my floor. Still, I'd return! 😊
